All studios and apartments at Apartaments Rosanna have a private bathroom and satellite TV. Each has heating and a kitchenette with fridge. A safe is also included. The apartments have a separate bedroom and most have a balcony.
A bus stop can be found just 5 minutes from Apartaments Rosanna. The apartments are also surrounded by a range of restaurants, discos and bars.
Each guest must be at least 18 years old. Underage guests are welcome as well but they must be accompanied by their parents or other legal representative. No parental approvals/certificates/confirmations, etc. will be taken into an account. A parent or a legal representative of a minor must be physically present.
In order to proceed with the check-in, all guests must present themselves with a passport or ID card. Please note that a driving license is not considered as a valid identification document.
If you use a credit/debit card for the payment of your reservation, the cardholder indicated on the card must be present at the check-in as he must sign a receipt of the transaction made on his card. To proof the validity and ownership of the card, he must show his credit/debit card and ID card to the receptionist. In case that the cardholder cannot be present at the check-in, please tell us in advance as there is also possibility of paying by a bank transfer.
There is a deposit of 100 € per apartment that must be paid in CASH before entering to the apartment. Remaining payments of the reservation are due upon arrival into the establishment as well.
Please be aware of a city tax which is 1 € per person and per night. City tax must be paid in cash as well.
Check-in is from 4 p.m. However, if you are arriving earlier in the morning, you can store all your bags in the luggage room. As soon as your apartment is ready, we will provide you with the keys.
Please note that there is no daily cleaning service. Whenever you want to change your towels and bed sheets, ask the receptionist.
